Michele M. Bowman

Originally from Arkansas and Texas, Michele grew up writing poems about animals and making younger siblings and cousins play school. Unsurprisingly, she became a writer and a teacher. Her current jobs include finishing a novel, teaching college-level writing, and freelance writing for a variety of publications and businesses. She lives in Brooklyn with her two dogs.

Michele has written for a variety of publications and holds an MFA in creative writing from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. She also earned a JD from the University of Texas School of Law and is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas.
